Sunday, August 14th

We will be meeting at the park in Smithtown and canoeing for 6 miles. We will stop to eat lunch along the river. Bring your own bag lunch. Life vests will be provided by canoe rental place. Beach attire, a towel and water shoes are highly recommended.** You must have some canoeing experience, be in good health and be able to swim in order to attend this event. **Cost is  $45.

Come see the world's largest collections of original art by America's favorite illustrator at the Norman Rockwell Museum. Afterwards, we wil visit the 15 acre  Botanical Garden in New England. A Flower Show will be included on this trip, too. Lunch will be at The Lion Inn. Cost is $90 , which includes ferry, bus transportation, lunch and all admissions. Deadline to register is May 10th.

We will be meeting at the Syosset Bowling Alley at 9:30pm for a Rock N Bowling Event. Cost is $20.

JFK Library and Museum and Lunch

Saturday, September 10th

Learn all there is to know about JFK at the JFK Library and Museum located in Boston. 25 multimedia exhibits create stirring accounts of Presdient Kennedy's thousand days in office. Lunch will be at The Phillips Old Colony House. Cost is $90, which includes ferry ride, bus transportation, lunch and admission into the museum. Reservations and payment are due by May 15th.

We will be hosting another Rock n Bowling Event at 9:30 pm, which will be held at the Syosett Lanes. Cost is $20.

This will be a guided tour through this Historic Colonial Revival Home. Thie house is set on a 150 acres and has a sunken garden. After the house tour we will visit the nation's oldest public art museum with world-renowned collections. Reservations and payment are due in advance. Deadline is May 15th. Cost is $75 , which includes ferry ride, bus transportation, admission and tour at historic house and admission into the museum. Lunch is additional charge.

Jones Beach Singles Hike, Dinner, Mini-golf and Ice Cream Social

We will be meeting at Bellagio's For Dinner ar 6:30pm. We will meet after dinner at Jones Beach near the Flag pole and ice cream place at 7:45pm. After the hike we will play a round of min-golf and then have ice cream on the boardwalk. RSVP by June 14th.

We will be meeting at the Farmingdale Miniature Golf Course and playing a round of Miniature Golf at 1-1:15pm. Afterwards, we will be having lunch at the local pizza place in Farmingdale. RSVP by June 1st. Pay at the door. Cost is $20 plus cost of lunch. If it rains we will see a movie instead.

Single Professionls 1st Annual Summer Picnic and Speeddating

Sunday, June 26th

Single Professionals will be hosting its, 1st Annual Summer Picnic. Come join us in this event and meet the members of Single Professionals. We will be having your traditional picnic foods: hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, macaroni and potato salad and cole slaw, house salad, corn, soda, chips are all included. Payment and reservations are due in advance. Please contact me for further details. Activities at the picnic will include: volleyball, softball, bring your own bike to ride as a group and boat rentals will be available for an additional fee. Ask about becoming a volunteer  for the picnic. Deadline is June 1st to sign up for the picnic. Cost is $25 paid in advance.

Saturday, July 9th

This is a bus trip to the Kutztown Festival in Pennsylvania. There will be six stages set up for entertainment, arts and craft vendors and plenty of Pennsylvania Dutch food for sale. Cost is $75 . If you book this trip and the Old New Castle Bus Trip, the tour company will give you $10 off the price. Payment and reservations are due in advance by April 15th.

Eastover Resort Singles Weekend in the Berkshires

Friday, July 15th- Sunday, July 17th

Come join us in this fun filled inexpensive singles weekend up in the Bershires. Over 250+ singles ages 30's-40's are expected to attend. Cost is $318- for weekend, includes room, meals and all activities. Activities include: Dating Game, Scavenger Hunt, Volley Ball, Skeet Shooting, Archery, Golf Driving Range, swimming in indoor and oudoor pool, karaoke, live bands, DJ, dancing all night, biking, tennis and health and fitness center. The resort also has an American Heritage Musuem on the grounds. Please reserve today, this trip will fill up quickly. Deadline is May 20th.

AIDA the musical at the Patchogue Theatre

We will be meeting at the Patchogue Theatre on Saturday, July 16th and seeing Elton John and Tim Rice's musical Aida. Cost is $55. Reservations are due in advance by April 10th.

We will be meeting at a local bowling alley for Rock n Bowling. Cost is $20.

Hike at Jones Beach

Sunday, August 7th

We will be meeting in the late afternoon for a singles hike on the boardwalk at Jones Beach. Afterwards, we will be playing a game of miniature golf and stopping for some ice cream on the boardwalk. RSVP by July 30th. Cost is $5 plus parking and other expenses.

The tour groups that Single Professionals uses ,require advance registration on the deadlines provided with the trip descriptions. If a check is mailed two weeks prior to a trip, a money order will be the only acceptable form of payment. If payment is mailed prior to this time period personal checks will be accepted.
